most often, trailer music comes from other movies or from specific groups contracted solely to write “trailer music.” some of the best groups i’ve found are Corner Stone Cues, E.S. Posthumus, and Kerry Muzzey. all of which can be found on itunes. Kerry Muzzy, in particular, has a great array of music from slow and soft to fast and upbeat. if you’re looking for really intense, however, try some of the E.S. Posthumus ones.

For school I have to make a movie trailer for Wuthering Heights and to make it more dramatic I was hoping I could use the intense music that are in real trailers. Where can I find this kind of music, or can someone provide me with some?
depending on the movie, the trailer music is seldom from the score/soundtrack of that same movie (unless it’s a sequel).
